Terms of Service
Version 1.0. Effective 22 September 2026.
bexai.ca is in early access and no payment is taken through this site. These terms are published by BEXAI Consulting Inc. They are the company’s own text, researched against what the platform does, and they are not a substitute for advice on your own situation.
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and BEXAI Consulting Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, 1032A Clarence Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3T 1S4, Canada (“BEXAI”, “we”, “us”). Contact: legal@bexai.ca.
If you use bexai.ca for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that organisation.
2. Early access
bexai.ca is in early access. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn, and we take no payment through the site during early access. We will tell you on the site when paid services open. Paid services will be sold under their own order terms, which will be shown to you before you pay.
3. The services
We provide free calculators, diagnostics and reports, a booking form for a conversation with us, and accounts that let you keep and revisit your results. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement prevails over these terms for the engagement.
4. Accounts and security
You must give accurate information, keep your password and second factor secure, and tell us at security@bexai.ca if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Access to account areas requires a second factor. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
5. AI-generated content
Some reports and answers are produced with the help of an AI model and are marked as such. They are general information about your situation as you described it. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or medical advice, and they can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important with a qualified professional before relying on it. Where a report says a person at BEXAI reviewed it, that review covers what the report says, not decisions you make with it.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a licence to store, process and display it to provide the services to you, and for the other purposes stated in our privacy notice. We do not use what you submit to train AI models.
7. Our content
The site, its software, methods, reports and brand belong to BEXAI or its licensors. You may use reports we produce for you within your own organisation. You may not copy, resell or publish the site or its reports as your own, or use them to build a competing service.
8. Acceptable use
You must not: break the law using the services; submit another person’s personal information without a lawful basis; try to access another account or another organisation’s data; probe, scan or test the services’ security except under our vulnerability disclosure programme at security@bexai.ca; overload the services or get around their limits; use automated means to extract content; or submit content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the services available and secure, but during early access we provide them as they are and as available, without any promise that they will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or discontinue a feature, and will give reasonable notice where a change removes something you rely on.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims connected with the services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve months before the claim and CAD 100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under consumer protection law that cannot be waived or limited by contract, including rights under The Consumer Protection Act of Manitoba. Nothing limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity (business users only)
If you use the services for an organisation, the organisation will compensate us for losses arising from a claim by a third party that results from the organisation’s breach of the acceptable use section above. This section does not apply to consumers.
12. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time by writing to support@bexai.ca. We may suspend or close an account that breaches the acceptable use section, or where we must to protect the services, other users or the law. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your results. What happens to your data when an account closes is set out in the privacy notice.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Manitoba sitting in Winnipeg have jurisdiction, unless the law of the place where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim there. Before starting a claim, please write to legal@bexai.ca so we can try to resolve it within 30 days.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its effective date, and for a change that materially reduces your rights we will give at least 30 days’ notice on the site or by email to account holders. Continuing to use the services after the effective date means you accept the new version. If you are a consumer in Quebec, we will send you written notice at least 30 days before a change takes effect, setting out the new clause and the clause it replaces, and you may close your account without cost before it takes effect.
15. General
These terms, with the privacy notice and any order or engagement agreement, are the whole agreement between us about the services. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. You may not transfer these terms without our written consent; we may transfer them to a successor to our business, and will tell you. Neither of us is responsible for a delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
