When we email you
We send a commercial email only on one of these bases, and the platform checks the basis before every send:
- You gave express consent on bexai.ca, on a form with an unticked box that said what you would receive. We keep the words you saw, the time and the page.
- You made an enquiry, which lets us reply about it for up to six months.
- You bought something from us, which lets us email you about related services for up to two years.
- For a business address you published yourself without saying you do not want messages, messages relevant to your role.
We never buy or scrape lists.
What every email carries
Our name and address, a way to reach us, and an unsubscribe link that works in one step without signing in. We add these even to messages that answer your enquiry or deliver something you asked for, such as your result, where the law does not strictly require them.
Stopping messages
Use the unsubscribe link, reply “unsubscribe”, or write to privacy@bexai.ca. We stop at once, and in any case within 10 business days. If you reply that you are not interested, we treat it as an unsubscribe from all our commercial email. Receipts and notices about an account or purchase you have continue.
Our clients’ messages, when client accounts open
When a client of BEXAI uses our platform to email its own contacts, that client is the sender, is named in the message and is responsible for its consent. A withdrawal you give to BEXAI is honoured by every client account on the platform.
